Is drone usage permitted on the property?
Drone usage is allowed, provided you hold the necessary licenses and are considerate of neighbouring properties.

Is the property available for night shoots?
Yes, our property has hosted several successful night shoots. Our woodland is accessible 24/7, throughout the year.

Are there any water features on the property (lakes, ponds, rivers, or streams)?
Unfortunately, there are no water features on the property.

Are there toilets on site?
Currently, there are no toilets available on-site. Therefore, arrangements for toilet hire will be necessary.

​

Are there any buildings or sheltered spaces in the woodland?
At present, there are no buildings or indoor spaces in the woodland.

Is there adequate parking available?
We offer a large, 25x48m hard-standing open area accessible via two gates and solid tracks, accommodating large vehicles, including trucks and trailers. This space has previously been used as a unit base for sizable productions. Additionally, there is a soft ground open area and a smaller hard-standing space near one of our entrances. Parking has not posed an issue for prior productions.

What are the rates for hire?
Our hire rates are competitive and set at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing in more detail.

When is payment expected?
We kindly request payment in a timely manner, ideally prior to the commencement of your hire period.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand that the nature of the industry can lead to unforeseen changes. We request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the hire period.

What happens if the weather affects the shoot?
Given the unpredictable nature of British weather, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling based on poor weather forecasts, provided availability permits.

Is it possible to visit the woodland for a site recce?
Absolutely. We encourage you to visit our beautiful woodland and assess the location firsthand. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time. We are available most days.

On-site Forest School
